Security
Start with a public repository or an explicitly authorized artifact and a machine-readable manifest. Do not email passwords, API keys, secrets or private production traffic.
Scope before access
We agree the exact input and minimum access needed before a check. Private access is not required to request a public-workload check. Code, output and logs are used for the agreed check and report; customer-specific material is not published without authorization.
Revoke access
Email hi@dulyrun.com to revoke access or request deletion. We stop using the access and delete the relevant data within 7 days, then confirm by reply. A request does not authorize further runs.
Docs
Each report identifies the tested manifest and versions, environment, method, observations, exclusions and machine-readable evidence.
Send a manifest
Include the public repository and revision or workload, baseline and candidate vLLM versions, model revision, quantization, runtime flags, GPU and environment, execution command, agreed metrics and acceptance criteria. We confirm supported scope before execution.
Supported scope
One project or workload, one baseline and candidate, one relevant configuration and one GPU per standard check. At most two supported environment recipes; no multi-server or TP2 checks. A job is limited to two setup attempts, 60 paid GPU minutes, 120 minutes of active work and $15 in total direct costs.
Interpreting status
PASS, INVESTIGATE and BLOCK apply only to listed checks. Infrastructure errors and untested areas are separate. We retain and compare the output from both versions. If comparison is impossible, correctness is marked not checked. Changed output alone does not establish a defect or the safety of the whole release.
A historical PASS does not carry over to a different version or configuration. Our published controls are public workloads, not tests of your project. Speed is not calibrated.
Privacy
There are no data-collection forms, mailing-list subscriptions or analytics scripts on this site. Requests and manifests go to hi@dulyrun.com.
What we use
We use the correspondence and contact details you send, the agreed manifest and authorized code or artifacts, and the outputs, logs and metrics needed to perform and explain the check. Do not send third-party personal data or secrets. Payment records arise only if you agree to paid work.
Services and copies
Cloudflare hosts this static site; Google Workspace handles email. Authorized checks may use Runpod for GPU execution. Case working files are held in DulyRun's project environment. These services may process operational records for their own service delivery; we do not claim that all provider records are covered by our temporary-copy schedule.
Incoming correspondence is also copied to the founder's personal mailbox. That copy is used to handle the request and is deleted through the same deletion-request process; it is not a separate marketing subscription.
Retention and requests
We retain correspondence and case working files for 30 days, and temporary copies in DulyRun systems for 7 days. Email hi@dulyrun.com to request access revocation or deletion, including the founder's correspondence copy. We stop using access and delete the relevant data within 7 days and confirm by reply. Payment records and provider operational records are identified separately before paid work where their treatment differs.

Terms
Requests, manifests and scope agreements are handled by email. A free check requires an explicit company request, a supported input and an available free place. No card is required.
Scope, payment and timing
Public reports are free. The first agreed limited company check is free; additional standard checks are $149. Agreed standard-cell coverage for one specific release event is $49, paid after scope agreement and before execution. No automatic renewal or future-release coverage is included.
Before payment we confirm the input, checks and exclusions, capacity, delivery date and refund treatment if work cannot be fulfilled or is canceled. We do not take payment for unsupported inputs or unavailable capacity. Delivery is within 24 hours after acceptance of a complete supported input; an unsupported input or infrastructure failure is explained separately and is not reported as a product regression.
Scoped refund guarantee
If a paid check receives PASS for a listed check in a cell and you provide a reproducible regression on the same manifest in that cell within 14 days of the report, the payment for that check is returned. We assess the supplied example without new measurements. Claims after 21 November 2026, day 56 of this stage, are not accepted; the payment-provider fee is not refunded. The applicable claim deadline is stated before payment. This guarantee covers the listed checks, not the whole release.
